Bladder exstrophy is an extremely rare malformation of the genitourinary system. Although the survival rate of this malformation is high, reconstructive surgery is often needed. Due to its rarity, the literature on the pregnancy and delivery outcomes of these patients are limited. In this case report; We have presented a case of successful follow-up of the pregnancy of a patient who had undergone reconstructive surgery for bladder exstrophy and terminated it with normal delivery at term.
